INSTRUMENTS FOR AIRFRAME HYDRAULIC AND FUEL SYSTEMS

In 1936 Jihostroj started its activity in aeronautical industry with instruments for airframe hydraulic and fuel systems. These products were meant for airplanes and engines from Avia, Letov, Aero, Zlín and Walter companies but a portion of production was sold into foreign countries too. In the following years, the range of products was enlarged from sport's airplane to military airplane. As examples it is possible to give airplanes Z-126, Z-226, Z-326, Z-526, Z-42, Z-50, Z-37,Z-142, Z-242, Aero Ae-145, Aero Ae270, L-410, L-610, L-29, L-39, L-159, Be 103. Main representatives of instruments for airframe hydraulic and fuel systems are: closing and by-pass cocks, fuel filters, float valves, fire valves, repumping ejectors, single-way and multiple-way valves, safety valves, de-aerating valves, fast discharge valves, filling nozzles and plugs, sludge valves, drainage pumps, transport pumps.
