POLICY OF QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION DECLARED FOR YEARS 2010-2015
- The main target of our business is an optimal satisfaction of a customer with permanent following of requirements resulting from valid legislation and environmental protection decrees, including the requirements issued in form of a decision of state administration bodies.
- We guarantee quality of products, when developing new projects we prefer co-operation with customers using approved and innovated technical solutions and applying the experience with development and manufacturing of aviation engineering.
- With application of the management system focused on environment we secure the prevention of environmental pollution and at the same time we create conditions for gradual reduction of negative impacts on environment, which result from our business activity.

QMS targets for the year 2010
1. To reduce the number of ZHG complaints of 5% compared to the year 2005 with assessment, processing and using data from implementation of the automatic process of running in and testing of pumps.
2. To secure prompt performance of orders with creation of automatic support of development and processing the quality management system documentation for deliveries of overspeed governors of GA propellers.
3. To reduce the number of complaints of 15% compared to the year 2004 and achieve the minimal volume of complaints solved after the contract date to 50% compared to the year 2004 by improving dealing with complaints from the company WALTER in 2005.
EMS targets for year 2010
1. In the automation premises – 3rd bay of the factory building M 02, to decrease oil leakage through ceiling to a basement of 10 % compared to the year 2003.
2. To build a new storage of aviation fuel and petrol in the factory building M 03 and to shut the existing inconvenient storage down.
3. To carry out sanitation of underground water sources in all company premises so that the content of NEL and CIU in underground water would be reduced of 5 % per year.
